Transfer of an enterprise, restructuring and privatization
Entrepreneurial activities entail changes – in the enterprise, individual parts of the enterprise and in work processes.
We advise you on all relevant labour law issues. For example, we examine and establish whether or not the relevant process constitutes or can be understood as a transfer of an enterprise; which employment contracts and works council agreements apply and whether they need to be adjusted; which collective bargaining agreements are binding and which require amendments. We also plan and coordinate internal preparatory measures. And we assist you in your negotiations with works councils, staff councils and trade unions about the reconciliation of interests and (collective) social compensation plans, if necessary also before the conciliation committee.
