Arne Gehrke, LL.M. advises in all fields of employment and labour law. A clear focus is on providing comprehensive ongoing support to medium-sized companies. The scope of his work ranges from the design of employment and service contracts as well as the support of separation processes, the design and implementation of flexible remuneration and working time schemes, employee data protection, the design, negotiation and implementation of restructuring processes as well as advice on all questions relating to works constitution law and collective bargaining agreements.
Arne's clients include German and foreign companies and groups from various sectors, e.g., food and pet food manufacturers, construction companies, insurance and other service companies, as well as non-profit associations.
In addition, he focuses on all aspects of sports law (e.g., association and club statutes, marketing, sponsoring, transfer contracts, employment contracts with professional athletes).
