Sebastian advises in all fields of employment and labour law. A clear focus is on providing international corporations with comprehensive ongoing HR support – from day-to-day issues to extensive projects. The scope of his work ranges from the design and implementation of flexible remuneration and working time schemes and separation processes to all aspects of employee data protection, cross-border and external personnel deployment, non-competition clauses and the protection of trade secrets, to the design, negotiation and implementation of organisational changes.
Sebastian's clients include German and foreign companies and groups from various sectors, e.g., manufacturers and distributors of tools, software, food and pet food as well as service companies and companies in the construction industry, but also church institutions and church-related organisations as well as public corporations. Sebastian also advises executives, in particular board members and managing directors, on employment, liability and separation matters.
