LOSCHELDER has advised ZÜBLIN on the acquisition of certain assets of Hilgefort GmbH.
Züblin Stahlbau GmbH, a member of the ZÜBLIN Group, is taking over certain assets of Hilgefort GmbH, based in the district of Vechta in Lower Saxony, as part of an asset deal as of 1 August 2025. With the transaction, ZÜBLIN Stahlbau is securing the jobs of all 70 employees and will further expand the site in Dinklage within the bridge construction division in order to broaden its position in this segment with greater vertical integration. As part of the asset deal, ZÜBLIN Stahlbau is taking over around 40,000 square metres of land, three large production halls and the movable fixed assets.
Hilgefort GmbH specialises in the construction of plant components and apparatus. Insolvency proceedings was opened for the company's assets on 1 April 2025 and lawyer Berend Böhme was appointed as insolvency administrator.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
