Loschelder advised the shareholder Peters on the establishment of a joint venture with Vapiano SE. Vapiano SE acquired majority shareholdings in two companies which operate seven Vapiano restaurants in Cologne, Bonn and Koblenz. The majority shareholdings were sold by franchisee and Vapiano co-founder Kent Hahne.
