Loschelder counsels AEW Europe on the purchase of two real estates in Stuttgart
Loschelder has given legal advice to the real estate special fund AEW Europe Value Investors on the purchase of two objects in Stuttgart.
With managed property assets of 17.3 billion Euros AEW Europe is one of the leading investment managers. Property seller is the LBS Baden-Württemberg, the building society of the savings banks.
Both buildings comprise of more than 22.500 m² office and commercial space with more than 230 parking sites and is prominently located in Stuttgart city centre. Until the late nineties, the buildings were the administrative headquarter of the LBS Baden-Württemberg and since then are rented out.
