Closure Systems International, Inc., headquartered in Indianapolis, IN/USA, and part of the New Zealand based Rank Group, has decided to divest its Euopean metal closures business and focus on its plastics closures and machinery businesses. As a result, the metal closures business carried out by Closure Systems International (Germany) GmbH, Worms, was sold by way of a management buy-out. It is now trading as Closurelogic GmbH. Immediately prior to completion of the buy-out, the other businesses were transferred to the new CSI affiliate Closure Systems International Machinery (Germany) GmbH.
