Loschelder confiscate copied Picasso paintings in Charlottenburg Palace for collecting society VG Bild-Kunst

Loschelder prevented the illegal distribution of copies of famous original works by artists Pablo Picasso, Kees van Dongen and Tom Wesselmann for their client Verwertungsgesellschaft Bild-Kunst. The paintings are from a Dutch painter and well-known art forger who wanted to show his works in the Grand Orangery of Charlottenburg Palace.

Young People’s Radio PULS: Loschelder has successfully represented the Bayerische Rundfunk at the regional court München I

The regional court München I has dismissed an action of 40 privately owned local and regional Bavarian radio stations against the planned VHF-transmission of the young people’s programme PULS by the Bayerische Rundfunk (judgement dated June 7, 2016, court file: 1 HK O 2257/16).

Cable network dispute: Bayerischer Rundfunk prevails with Loschelder before the first higher administrative court

Within the context of the conflict between public service broadcasters and the two regional cable network operators Vodafone Kabel Deutschland and Unitymedia, the Bavarian Higher Administrative Court (BayVGH) is the first higher administrative court to have issued a decision on the subject matter of the dispute: it ruled in favour of the public service broadcasters (decision of 3 March 2016, Ref. 7 CE 15.1741).

Loschelder-client is awarded a prize for fighting product piracy

Loschelder has successfully represented the Licht im Raum Dinnebier GmbH in its fight against product piracy. Licht im Raum is a luminaire designer with factory in Wuppertal and showroom in Düsseldorf. The modular lighting system ‘STILIO‘ developed by Daniel Klages has been copied many times. Based on a technical protection right and trademark law, Loschelder initiated legal actions against Chinese copyists, especially against offers on the websites Alibaba.com and Aliexpress.com as well as European buyers of the imitated luminaires.

Loschelder provided advice on the sale of the office site ‘Rheinwerk 3’ in Bonn

Loschelder advised the seller on the sale of the office site ‘Rheinwerk 3’ in Bonn by way of a structured bidding procedure. Seller was a joint venture of the property project developers BonnVisio and Renum Projektgruppe. Buyer of ‘Rheinwerk 3‘ was the Real I.S., purchasing the object for its special AIFs ‘Bayerische Grundvermögen VI’ (BGV VI) and ‘Themenfonds Deutschland’ (TFD).

Loschelder advised the Hahn-Group on the purchase of two specialist retailers in Landshut

Loschelder has advised the Hahn-Group on the acquisition of two specialist retailers in Landshut with a total sales space of 13.400 m². Acquisition was made for the Hahn FCP-FIS German Retail Fund with an investment volume of 17 Mio. Euro. Bauhaus and Penny are tenants of the property.
