Our partner Raimund Schütz has been member of the publisher's circle since MMR’s very first issue. On the occasion of the MMR anniversary, he wrote an article on the challenges of regulating the digital media world.
These challenges include the determination of an adequate regulatory framework for the media accessible on the Internet as well as the further development of the mandate for public service broadcasting. To enable the participation of everyone in the digital world, investments in a broadband infrastructure need to be promoted and protected.
