JUVE Awards 2018: Loschelder is Law Firm of the Year for Real Estate and Construction Law
Loschelder has been named “Law Firm of the Year Real Estate & Construction” at the JUVE Awards 2018. Loschelder partners Dr. Walter Klein and Dr. Stefan Stock received the award at a festive ceremony on 25 October 2018 at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt am Main.
German publishing house JUVE Verlag annually awards prizes to commercial law firms and in-house departments in a total of 18 categories that have attracted attention for their particularly successful client work and market positioning. The category ”Law Firm of the Year Real Estate & Construction” covers the entire spectrum of real estate commercial law as well as private and public construction law. The main focus is on advising on transactions and project developments, including legal advice during construction, and litigation.
In the JUVE evaluation, the “top quality” and “entrepreneurial thinking” of Loschelder are particularly emphasized. Clients as well as competitors praised the “great transaction experience”, “high professionalism” and “extreme reliability” as well as the good cooperation between the individual specialist departments. JUVE opines: “Their client base reads like the who-is-who of the real estate industry and would be desired by many a larger competitor.”
The JUVE Awards are presented annually on the basis of extensive research by the JUVE editorial team for the “JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms”, which this year is based on more than 20,000 contacts with various market participants.
Published annually since 1999, the Handbook provides a comprehensive overview of all commercial law firms in Germany.
