Loschelder lawyers are co-authors of the 3rd edition of the "Handbuch des Fachanwalts Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz"

The Loschelder lawyers Dr. Stefan Maaßen, LL.M. and Dr. Patrick Pommerening are co-authors of the "Handbuch des Fachanwalts Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz", (Handbook of the Specialist Attorney for Intellectual Property), the 3rd edition of which was published by Carl Heymanns Verlag. The compendium contains a comprehensive and practical presentation of all areas of intellectual property rights, which is exclusively carried out by specialized lawyers.

Stefan Maaßen and Patrick Pommerening have completely rewritten the presentation of §§ 1 - 4a UWG (Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb, German law against unfair competition). The commentary covers both the basic concepts of the UWG including the general clause as well as several rules highly relevant for the legal practitioner such as the §§ 3a, 4 UWG as well as the newly introduced regulation on aggressive business practices (§ 4a UWG). In addition, Dr. Maaßen has newly commented on the provisions on the protection of business and trade secrets (§§ 17 - 19 UWG). The provisions of the new European Directive on the Protection of Trade Secrets (Directive 2016/943) have already been taken into account.
