Loschelder advises Atlas Copco on the acquisition of QuISS Qualitäts-Inspektionssysteme und Service AG
Loschelder has advised Atlas Copco on the acquisition of QuISS Qualitäts-Inspektionssysteme und Service AG with seat in Puchheim near Munich.
QuISS specializes in innovative machine vision solutions for quality inspection and robot guidance. The company’s core competence is image processing, algorithms, as well as system design including hardware and software. The products are mainly used for quality inspection of adhesive dispensing applications within the automotive industry. QuISS had revenues of approximately € 8.5 million in 2017 and 45 employees.
The acquired business will become part of Atlas Copco's Industrial Assembly Solutions division (IAS) in the Industrial Technique business area. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
