Bylaws governing construction such as zoning plans can be drafted at an early planning stage; later on, they can be examined and adjusted if necessary. We assist you in these planning procedures and represent you during audits of zoning and other sectoral plans.
As a property and project developer, you are obliged to define and draw up major individual projects in the form of project and development plans (“Vorhaben- und Erschließungsplan”), which also need to be drafted. We assist you in the preparation of the plans and in consultations with the responsible municipality. Of course, we also draft the required contracts for project implementation to be concluded between your company and the municipality.
