Dr. Schrage advises on all matters of public commercial law. His practice focuses in particular on gambling law, as well as environmental and public construction law.
In the area of gambling law, Dr. Schrage provides both advisory services and represents clients in numerous legal proceedings. In addition, in the field of public construction law, he advises project developers and public authorities in particular on zoning plan proceedings and the negotiation of urban development contracts. In environmental law, his current focus is on environmental liability law.
Before joining Loschelder, he worked at a major international law firm in Düsseldorf and Cologne.
