New LOSCHELDER publication: Beck'scher Kommentar zum TKG by Geppert/Schütz
The 5th edition of Beck'scher Kommentar zum TKG (Telekommunikationsgesetz, Telekommunikation-Telemedien-Datenschutz-Gesetz) has just been published - co-edited by Loschelder partner Dr. Raimund Schütz and with contributions by Loschelder partner Dr. Kristina Schreiber.
The practice-oriented standard commentary on telecommunications law takes into account the decision-making practice of the Federal Network Agency as well as the development of legislation and case law. The work also comments on the new Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG), which primarily contains the data protection regulations for the telecommunications and internet sectors. In addition, the European Code of Electronic Communications takes into account the principles of EU law.
The commentary is indispensable for domestic and foreign network operators and providers of telecommunications services, internet service providers and e-commerce providers, telecommunications equipment companies, telecommunications commissioners, broadcasters and other content providers, supervisory authorities, ministries, associations, courts and the legal profession.
Loschelder partner Dr. Raimund Schuetz and attorney Dr. Martin Geppert have, once again, brought together a renowned team of authors from the legal profession, companies, authorities and academia as editors. Raimund Schuetz himself contributed commentaries in particular on the central elements of abuse and the relevant legal norms for infrastructure expansion, while Loschelder partner Dr. Kristina Schreiber commented on important data protection provisions.
