LOSCHELDER successfully advises Frasers Property Industrial on the strategic acquisition of space near Hamburg - 185,000 m² for the logistics of the future
LOSCHELDER has successfully advised Frasers Property Industrial on the acquisition of a conversion site of around 185,000 m² in Itzehoe, north of Hamburg. The seller is the Tietje Group, which previously used the site as the location for its China Logistics Centre.
The former centre is now becoming a future location: with a direct connection to the A23 motorway, a modern industrial and commercial park is being created on the site - perfectly positioned as an international hub for the movement of goods.
