LOSCHELDER advised the consulting firm Kienbaum on the acquisition of DBU - Digital Business University of Applied Sciences GmbH.
The DBU is a state-recognized private business school that trains students part-time for the digital world of work. With the acquisition of the Berlin business school, Kienbaum not only wants to establish a new form of recruiting, but also provide existing employees with intelligent learning and training formats from the DBU.
