LOSCHELDER advises the joint venture between Art Invest Real Estate and OSMAB Holding AG on the sale of the Gueterhaus in I/D Cologne
LOSCHELDER has successfully advised the joint venture between Art Invest Real Estate and OSMAB Holding AG on the sale of the Gueterhaus in the I/D Cologne district development in Cologne. The buyer is a German family office.
Completed in December 2023, the property with around 10,000 m² of office space is fully let. The long-term tenants include the City of Cologne as the main tenant, the IT service provider kommIT and Sparkasse KölnBonn. Gueterhaus is part of the I/D Cologne district development created on the site of the former goods station in the Schanzenviertel, which consists of thirteen buildings with a gross floor area of around 160,000 m². The Gueterhaus is characterized by its innovative smart building technology. It is DGNB Gold certified and EU taxonomy-compliant.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
