LOSCHELDER advises BEOS AG on the acquisition of a life science property with 22,000 square meters of land in Duesseldorf's Rhine harbor.
LOSCHELDER has successfully advised BEOS AG on the purchase of the "C-View Offices" for the special AIF "Beos Light Industrial Germany I" managed by Swiss Life Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH on the site of the old paper factory in the southwest of Duesseldorf. The seller is a project company managed by Rialto Capital AG.
The property, consisting of two buildings connected by a closed bridge, with a total area of 7,200 square meters as well as approx. 4,000 square meters of outdoor space and delivery access, plus more than 7,600 square meters of self-storage space in the outdoor area and 110 parking spaces, was built in 2020 and 2021 on a leasehold plot at Duesseldorf's Rhine harbour.
The new buildings are fully let. Around 70 percent of them are used as office space and around 30 percent as laboratory and storage space. The long-term anchor tenant is the internationally active technology and conglomerate Asahi Kasei Europe GmbH, which has established its European headquarters here.
