LOSCHELDER Advises Atlas Copco on Acquisition of CVS Group
LOSCHELDER has advised Atlas Copco on the acquisition of CVS Holding GmbH and its subsidiary CVS Engineering GmbH.
Founded in 2006, CVS Engineering GmbH develops and distributes industrial vacuum pumps and blowers for mobile use on tanker trucks and other types of transport. The company is based in Rheinfelden, Germany, and employs 76 people. In 2021, the company achieved revenues of approximately 20 million euros.
Atlas Copco is a leading international provider of sustainable industrial productivity solutions. The group is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and has a global reach spanning more than 180 countries. In 2021, Atlas Copco generated sales of about 11 billion euros with approximately 43,000 employees. CVS Group will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division within Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique Business Area.
The acquisition is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2023.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
