LOSCHELDER successfully advises Art-Invest Real Estate on the conclusion of a long-term lease agreement with CDT Strahleninstitut for the medical center in Cologne's Kunibertsviertel district.
LOSCHELDER advised Art-Invest Real Estate on the conclusion of a long-term lease for the medical center at Turiner Straße 2 / Domstraße 49 to 53 in 50668 Cologne. The tenant is Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum CDT Strahleninstitut GmbH.
The medical center is in a prime location in Cologne's Kunibertsviertel district. The lease agreement with CDT Strahleninstitut was concluded for an area of around 5,000 square meters and a fixed term of 22 years. The remaining space in the medical center of around 2,700 square meters has been let to specialist practices.
The medical center is already an important part of Cologne's inner-city infrastructure and healthcare provision. The attractiveness of the property is characterised not only by its central location and excellent connections, but also by the variety of medical services on offer. This will now be significantly expanded once again with the conclusion of the rental agreement.
