Three New Partners “From Our Own Ranks”
After five partners have already strengthened the firm since January 1, 2022, we are now very pleased to announce that we have appointed three more new partners from our own ranks as of January 1, 2023.
The partner appointments underscore that LOSCHELDER offers outstanding associates the opportunity to take on responsibility from the very beginning, to significantly expand or develop new areas of consulting, and thus to grow into the role of partner.
Dr. Stefan Freh advises on all areas of employment and labour law. One focus of his work is on the employment and labour law aspects of M&A and restructuring matters. Stefan joined LOSCHELDER as a lawyer in 2015 and was previously a research assistant and trainee lawyer in the firm's employment and labour department.
Dr. Söre Jötten is a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law and works in all areas of private construction and real estate law. In addition to providing legal advice during construction, his focus is on litigation as well as on liability of architects and engineers. Söre started his career in 2016 at the law firm lindenpartners in Berlin and joined LOSCHELDER in 2018.
Dr. Patrick Pommerening is a specialist advises on all issues relating to intellectual property law. The focus of his practice is on all legal issues relating to the acquisition, sale and licensing of IP and data, as well as the protection of trade secrets and know-how. He has many years of experience in drafting and negotiating IP agreements of all kinds, in particular license agreements, research and development agreements as well as software and IT agreements. Dr. Patrick Pommerening has been with LOSCHELDER since 2015.
