New partner and new counsel at Loschelder
Loschelder has appointed Gina Hützen as partner and Dr. Svenja Fröhlich as counsel, effective January 1, 2026.
Gina Hützen, senior associate, attorney-at-law, and real estate economist (IREBS), advises German and international clients in all areas of real estate law. Her practice focuses on providing legal support for real estate transactions and project developments throughout the entire life cycle of the property. This includes issues relating to real estate law and commercial tenancy law. In addition, her advice covers the management of real estate portfolios, including property law issues, brokerage law, and condominium law. Gina Hützen joined Loschelder on October 1, 2019. With her appointment as partner, the real estate law team now consists of five partners and six associates.
Dr. Svenja Fröhlich, Senior Associate and Attorney at Law in the field of M&A/Corporate Law, advises companies and private equity investors on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, public takeovers, corporate restructurings, and the drafting and negotiation of investment agreements and shareholder agreements. Her clients include strategic investors, listed companies, medium-sized companies, and international private equity funds. Dr. Svenja Fröhlich joined Loschelder on October 1, 2017. In addition to Dr. Fröhlich, the M&A/corporate law practice group includes seven partners and eight associates.
