LOSCHELDER has advised Conclusion Group on the acquisition of GABO GPO Verwaltungs GmbH GmbH.
Over 30 years ago, GABO was founded as a company for workflow organization, information processing, and communications organization. GABO has offices in Munich, Nuremberg, and Dresden and provides solutions for business processes in the field of digital collaboration and business intelligence. The company specializes in particular in data visualization, platform integration, and Microsoft-based technologies such as Power BI, Fabric, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Its clients include, among others, Novartis, Schuler, and the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce.
The Dutch Conclusion Group is an internationally leading provider of bespoke solutions for business transformation and IT services, employing more than 4,500 people in Benelux, Iberia, and the DACH region. The Conclusion Group comprises more than 30 specialized companies. GABO is becoming part of the data and AI specialist Conclusion Intelligence, which possesses extensive expertise in business intelligence and data platforms. Through this strategic acquisition, Conclusion Intelligence strengthens its ability to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for clients across a wide range of industries in the DACH region—including healthcare and the public sector.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
