LOSCHELDER advised BEOS AG on the acquisition of a production and logistics site at the Port of Duisburg for the open-ended real estate special AIF "BEOS Light Industrial Germany I". The seller was Duisburg Realty Investments I S.A., while Deka was acting as sales and coordination agent for the fund.

Located near Europe's largest inland port, the 55,000 sqm industrial site has a total leasable area of around 27,500 sqm in mixed-use commercial properties.
