Subsidies and state aid

Whether and to whom government aid is granted, is subject to numerous restrictions under both European law, German federal law and the laws of the Länder.

We advise companies when claiming state aid and represent them with respect to repayment claims.

We support and assist authorities and associations in all issues relating to state aid, especially in the case of changes to the European framework conditions.

In addition, we specialize in agricultural state aid. We advise state funds and the entities responsible for their implementation as regards advertising measures and any other grant of public funds as well as the implementation of Community projects with the European Commission.
