Dr. Kristina Schreiber advises on all legal issues relating to digitalisation and the law of regulated markets. Her current focus is on data use law, data protection and regulation (ITC, energy, postal services) including cyber security issues. She is a member of the DAV Information Law Committee and the CCBE IT LAW Committee, which actively follow legislation in the field of information law. Kristina Schreiber is the author of numerous publications, regularly lectures on current legal issues in her areas of expertise, including at the BeckAkademie and the BitkomAkademie, and has lectured at the FernUniversität in Hagen and the University of Potsdam, among others.
