As a result of the triangular relationship between insurer, policyholder and insured persons, advice on D&O insurance contracts is extremely complex. We do not only have many years of insurance law expertise, but also broad corporate law experience, so that we can provide you with comprehensive support in D&O insurance cases, both in terms of liability and coverage law.

We advise and represent insurers, companies and insured persons (in particular managers) in coverage and liability proceedings and provide external monitoring for D&O insurers. In order to avoid potential coverage gaps in the event of a claim, we also review D&O insurance contracts for our clients.
