Corporate restructuring

Restructuring of companies, groups and parts thereof is another key area of practice in our law firm. The focus lies on measures taken under the German Act on Transformation of Companies (Umwandlungsgesetz): mergers, split-up/ split-off/ spin-off and change in the legal form etc. In close cooperation with the tax consultants advising our clients we plan, finalize and implement the necessary measures. Almost all restructuring cases also involve issues of labour law, for which we develop solutions in an interdisciplinary approach together with our labour law experts.
