Dr Sebastian Kalb, MBA, advises corporations and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border mergers&acquisitions, joint ventures, public takeovers and corporate restructurings.
Most recently, Dr Kalb has amongst others advised the following clients:
- METRO AG on the acquisition of the RUNGIS express Group and various other M&A projects
- Atlas Copco in connection with the acquisition of the business unit “joining technologies” of Klingel GmbH, the acquisition of QuISS AG and further transactions
- Oerlikon on the disposal of its “Barmag Spinnzwirn” business
- a Dutch private equity investor on the acquisition of a shareholding in a start-up in the area of online payment services and of a stake in a “food delivery” start-up which has gone public in the meantime
- Quarzwerke on the acquisition of the DIY business of the REDSUN Group
