Dr. Walter Klein advises on all aspects of building and real estate law. Among others, he pays special heed to liability and fee of architects and engineers and all related questions of insurance law. In case of large damages Dr. Klein runs the handling by damage management. During planning and construction of major buildings Dr. Klein is advisor to owners and contractors in order to clarify the owing and accruing scope of performance early enough to avoid later disputes. Moreover, Dr. Klein has extensive expert knowledge of collaterals in building contracts.
