Prof. Dr. Raimund Schütz specialises in advising companies and public authorities on matters of public law and contract law in regulated markets; he represents his clients before German and European courts. His current advisory focus lies in European and German telecommunications, media, and energy law. Raimund Schütz, Honorary Professor at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, is the author of numerous publications; among other works, he is co-editor of the "Beck'scher TKG-Kommentar" (Beck Commentary on the Telecommunications Act), a commentary on energy-related incentive regulation, and the journal "MMR – Multimedia und Recht".
