Dr. Oliver Kerpen advises German and international clients on project developments, at court and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings as well as on transactions, primarily in the construction and real estate industry. He focuses on project-related counselling on complex construction projects. Dr. Kerpen also has extensive expertise in plant and infrastructure projects. He was seconded to an international construction group based in Essen in 2014 and 2015.
