The law on banking and financial services has undergone substantial changes owing to a large number of legislative interventions and European regulations. Here it is important to keep track of developments.

We provide current advice on all credit agreement issues to financial institutions and small and medium-scale companies in the field of real economy. An essential part of this work is legal advice on credit financing including but not limited to acquisition, real estate and project financing.

We also advise various financial services providers, especially leasing companies, on the financing of movable assets in the non-consumer sector (asset finance). The financed assets comprise EDP equipment and software as well as railway cars. Another focus regarding financial services providers lies on advice provided to factoring companies on the purchase of individual leasing claims or entire leasing portfolios.
