Dr. Dressel has many years of experience in advising on private construction law. He has advised both clients and contractors in the handling of major construction projects. However, his clients also include many medium-sized companies.
One of his main areas of practice is architectural law. Here he advises not only on questions of liability, but also on all questions relating to the drafting of contracts and agreements on remuneration.
Another focus of Dr. Dressel's work is advising on sustainable, ESG-compliant construction. His advice covers all questions of contract drafting and execution in this respect.
Dr. Dressel is co-author of several commentaries on construction law and regularly publishes and lectures on various construction law issues. He is also a member of the legal committee of the German Sustainable Building Council and the climate protection specialist group of the DVP.
