Dr. Schrage advises on all matters of public commercial law. His main areas of expertise are gambling law, environmental law and public building law.
In gambling law, Dr. Schrage represents his clients both in and out of court in numerous legal proceedings. In addition, he advises project developers and public authorities on public building law, particularly in relation to development plan procedures and the negotiation of urban development contracts.
In environmental law, his current focus is on environmental liability law.
Before joining Loschelder, he worked for a large international law firm in Düsseldorf and Cologne.
