Dr. Fabian Reiter advises German and international clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency law. He represents insolvency administrators, debtors, creditors and shareholders in economic distress and insolvency proceedings - including self-administration and insolvency plan proceedings. He also advises on M&A transactions in crisis (distressed M&A) and group restructurings.
As a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law, Dr. Fabian Reiter also has particular expertise at the interface between construction and insolvency law. Furthermore, he represents clients in litigation matters before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
