Dr. Martin Kalf, LL.M. (Edinburgh) practices in all areas of individual and collective labour law, both providing ongoing advice on regularly arising labour law issues and on a large-scale projects. His work includes drafting labour and service contracts, handling disputes dismissal and termination disputes, employee data protection, as well as advising on works constitution law and collective bargaining law. A further focus of his practice is the provision of labour law advice in connection with reorganizations and corporate transactions.
