Dr. Luise Hauschild advises on matters of corporate, foundation and inheritance law. One of her main areas of practice is the provision of comprehensive advice to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families as well as private individuals on corporate and private asset succession and family governance, including issues of family law and private international law. In addition, Dr. Hauschild advises on the establishment of charitable foundations and family foundations.
Dr. Hauschild is a board member of AGT - Arbeitsgemeinschaft Testamentsvollstreckung und Vermögenssorge e.V. as well as deputy chairperson of the board of the Kölner Anwaltverein e.V. and member of the board of the Verein zur Förderung des Instituts für Anwaltsrecht an der Universität zu Köln e.V. Since the summer semester of 2023, Dr. Hauschild has been an adjunct lecturer at the Department of Law of the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn on the topic of succession in family businesses.
