New publication co-authored by Loschelder: “Handbuch Baunebenrechte”
The Bundesanzeiger Verlag recently published the “Handbuch Baunebenrechte“. Edited by Attorney-at-Law Ms Birgit Franz, the handbook presents, in nine chapters on almost one thousand pages, all fields of law which, though not construction law in a strict sense, are highly relevant for the construction industry. The book fills a gap since the fields of law covered have significant construction industry-related characteristics hardly ever discussed in general presentations of the respective field of law. The handbook is aimed at helping all lawyers working in the construction sector to tackle issues of construction law (in the broader sense) – with a practical, hands-on approach and, at the same time, on an in-depth scientific level.
The chapter on insurance law was authored by Mr Mirko Ehrich, while Messrs Sebastian Pelzer and Arne Gehrke provided the chapter on employment and labour law. Further parts of the book, all written by recognized experts in their respective fields, focus, among others, on insolvency law, corporate law, and criminal law.
