New Publication With Loschelder Participation: Tschöpe “Arbeitsrecht Handbuch” (“Employment and Labour Law Handbook”) in 11th Edition
Up-to-date presentation on the new employee data protection law and social media, on industrial action and collective bargaining law as well as on continued payment of remuneration
Loschelder partner Dr. Detlef Grimm, in the 11th edition of the Tschöpe “Arbeitsrecht Handbuch” (“Employment and Labour Law Handbook” - published by Dr. Otto Schmidt in May 2019), has completely redesigned the chapter on employment data protection law, which is characterised by highly technical and legal-political dynamics, according to the DSGVO and the BDSG in the version applicable from 25 May 2018. The presentation of the new terminology and formal requirements for employee data processing, including the increased individual rights of employees, and an "A-Z overview" on employee data protection should be emphasised. In addition, all questions relating to social media, including the use of new messenger services and forms of work, are prepared with notes and checklists for labour law practitioners.
Dr. Detlef Grimm has also contributed an updated chapter on continued payment of remuneration, and redesigned the chapter on coalition, industrial action and collective bargaining law. He presents current and practical developments in industrial action and collective bargaining law, including the new provisions of sec. 4a TVG, and comments on the legal development which has become dynamic again.
