Dr Henning Wahlers, corporate/M&A partner:
”With Felix, we further strengthen our growing M&A practice. Felix complements the M&A team around our partner Dr Sebastian Kalb, who joined us from Freshfields in 2014. With now two partners focusing mainly on M&A, we further increase our profile in this area. We are convinced that Felix will perfectly fit into our firm having both excellent technical and interpersonal skills. With our most recent hire, we continue our strategy of growing our M&A practice through selected lateral hires as well as by promoting internal candidates. With now six partners in the Corporate/M&A practice, we feel well positioned to cover the entire range of corporate legal practice, including M&A, corporate litigation, restructurings and ongoing advice for our clients, with flexible and effective teams.”
