Loschelder provided advice on the sale of the office site ‘Rheinwerk 3’ in Bonn
Loschelder advised the seller on the sale of the office site ‘Rheinwerk 3’ in Bonn by way of a structured bidding procedure. Seller was a joint venture of the property project developers BonnVisio and Renum Projektgruppe. Buyer of ‘Rheinwerk 3‘ was the Real I.S., purchasing the object for its special AIFs ‘Bayerische Grundvermögen VI’ (BGV VI) and ‘Themenfonds Deutschland’ (TFD).
The office site in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine with approx. 22.750 m² of land consists of three office buildings with six floors each. ‘Rheinwerk 3‘ was completed in 2014 and is part of the entire ensemble ‘Bonner Bogen‘ designed by the architect Karl-Heinz Schommer. The hotel Kameha Grand is also part of this ensemble. The rental area sums up to approx. 21.500 m². The sophisticated architectural design was certified as green building by the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) with ‘DGNB-Platinum’ for its particular sustainable construction. The parties have agreed not to disclose the price.
Loschelder has advised the project developers of the entire ensemble ‘Bonner Bogen’ for years on questions of real estate and construction law. Loschelder was also involved in the sale of the ‘Rheinwerk 2‘.
