Vendor of the transformer station Humboldt Berlin was a Joint Venture of the Canadian investor Tippin Corporation and the American co-investor Greenfield Partners.
The transformer station Humboldt Berlin is a fine example of the German 20th century industrial architecture . The listed building was put up in 1926 and used as transformer station until 1990. It consists of five single buildings connected with bridges and arcades, present tenant is Zalando.
