Loschelder advises BEOS on the acquisition of a commercial park in Düsseldorf
Loschelder has advised BEOS AG on the acquisition of a commercial park in the south of Dusseldorf. The seller is a joint venture of the CENTRUM Group and the SARIAS Group.
The 64,300 square meter site, which is located close to the Rhine and has excellent transport links, offers attractive development potential for sustainable and modern new and existing buildings.
The redevelopment of a 5,000-square-meter office building and the construction of a new 30,000-square-meter rental area are planned in several construction phases within five years. Construction work is scheduled to begin in 2023. The property is to be developed according to the standards of the DGNB sustainability certificate.
